Are the courses accessible for beginners?

Yes. The A2 courses (link) have been created so that they are accessible for beginners(A0-A1 level) and students with A1+ level or higher. All courses include study plans which are suitable to your level of Dutch.

Which subscription should I choose?

Monthly: This plan is popular among students who have limited time to study for their exams. If you are looking for some effective last minute studying, this is the plan for you! 6 months: This plan is recommended for normal to good language learners. 12 months: This plan is suitable for students who prefer to take their time.

Can I cancel a 6 or 12 month subscription?

6-month subscription: The amount will be charged monthly for at least 6 months. If you do not wish to use the subscription for longer than 6 months, then cancel at least a week before the end of the 6th month. You can cancel by going to My Portal > My Account > Cancel. After cancellation you will still have access to your course(s) until the end of the 6th month. If the subscription is not cancelled before the end of the 6th month, it continues as a monthly subscription which can be cancelled every month. 12-month subscription: The amount will be charged monthly for at least 12 months. If you do not wish to use the subscription for longer than 12 months, then cancel at least a week before the end of the 12th month. You can cancel by going to My Portal > My Account > Cancel. After cancellation you will still have access to your course(s) until the end of the 12th month. If the subscription is not cancelled before the end of the 12th month, it continues as a monthly subscription which can be cancelled every month.

How can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel by going to My Portal > My Account > Cancel. (If you are trying this on your phone and you cannot see the red cancel button, tilt your phone 90 degrees for landscape mode. The button should then be visible.) After cancellation you will still have access to your course(s) until the end of your subscription duration.

Is there a difference in material per subscription duration?

No, the content of all subscriptions is the same. There is a difference in the monthly price though. The longer your subscription, the higher the discount.

How close is the material to the actual Inburgering exam?

Very close. The metrics have been used that ensure the difficulty and types of questions match those on the actual test.

How does the Money Back Guarantee policy work?
