Yes. The A2 courses(link) have been created so that they are accessible for beginners(A0-A1 level) and students with A1+ level or higher.

All courses include study plans which are suitable to your level of Dutch.

Monthly:
This plan is popular among students who have limited time to study for their exams. If you are looking for some effective last minute studying, this is the plan for you! 

6 months:
This plan is recommended for normal to good language learners.

12 months:
This plan is suitable for students who prefer to take their time. 

6-month subscription:

The amount will be charged monthly for at least 6 months.

If you do not wish to use the subscription for longer than 6 months, then cancel at least a week before the end of the 6th month. 
You can cancel by going to My Portal > My Account > Cancel. 

After cancellation you will still have access to your course(s) until the end of the 6th month. If the subscription is not cancelled before the end of the 6th month, it continues as a monthly subscription which can be cancelled every month.

No, the content of all subscriptions is the same. There is a difference in the monthly price though. The longer your subscription, the higher the discount.
